Let’s be honest…How many days per week do you spend wearing sweat pants? I wear them more than I would like to admit, but they are so comfortable. Even when I was working full-time every day, the first thing I did when I came in the door from work was take off my pants and slide into a comfy pair of sweat pants. I can not get enough of jogger sweat pants. I like how they tapered at the ankle and I love a good high waist. I have several pairs of joggers because I just love them!Read more

If 2020 taught me anything at all, it’s that you can never have enough loungewear. Between being a stay-at-home-mom, spending half the year pregnant, and then going through a global pandemic, my wardrobe has officially shifted to the casual side. Leggings, joggers, and slippers are my new go-to daily clothes. I do miss wearing jeans and getting ready to go somewhere every day, but I just don’t feel the motivation to get out of my cozy clothes any time soon. That doesn’t mean that I’m not going to put together cute cozy outfits. Just because you are wearing loungewear all day, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still feel cute and put together.

When it comes to dressing for winter, it’s all about layers. You always need to be prepared for changing temperatures outside and inside. I’ve never liked big bulky winter clothes, that’s why if you peek into my closet you will see lots of lighter clothes that can easily be layered.
The key to keeping your layered outfits comfortable is to avoid over-layering. You don’t want your outfit to feel stiff and hard to move in. No one wants to feel like the kid from A Christmas Story…hahaha. I like to stick with lightweight clothes. Most of my sweaters aren’t very thick and fit nicely under a jacket or over a button-down shirt. Read more
