Helping women love what they wear on a budget
Summer is here and I am feeling very busy lately with life. Nothing major is going on, it’s just keeping up with daily life that is getting me feeling like I don’t have time for very much. Some days it’s difficult just to find time to shower and get ready for the day. I really don’t have much energy to put into thinking about what to wear for the day, that’s why I’ve been keeping my outfits effortless this summer.
I’m not going to lie, I don’t love the idea of having pictures of myself in bathing suits floating around the internet, but I do love helping other women find affordable bathing suits that they will feel great in. This June my baby will be a year old which means my body will hit a year of being postpartum just in time for bathing suit season. Although I don’t mind the mom body I have been left with after having 2 kids, there are still certain areas I’d feel more comfortable keeping covered up. Read more
Denim shorts are an important wardrobe staple that I don’t think should be ignored. I love denim shorts, but I’ve always struggled finding the right pair. So many denim shorts in stores are made for teenagers and I’m defiantly not looking for the same fit of denim shorts I wore when I was younger. I want something high waisted, not too short or too tight. Something with distressing, but not too distressed. I want one pair of denim shorts that I can wear with anything in my wardrobe. Hi Friends! Last week I felt like I needed a little break from blogging. I don’t know why, but I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Normally I get excited to start a new month and plan out all my blog content, but this month I just wasn’t feeling it. I’ve had a lot on my mind and my blog just needed to not be one of the things I was focusing on. Sometimes that’s just what I need. A short break to reset.
