If you’re looking for inspiration for your spring teacher outfits, you’re in the right place! As a former preschool teacher, I know firsthand how much a great outfit can set the tone for a positive, productive day in the classroom. I’ve been sharing teacher workwear ideas over on Instagram. I thought it was time to bring that style inspiration to the blog.

Repeating Your Clothes, Not Your Outfit
While putting together these spring teacher outfits, I focused on repeating my clothes—but not my outfits. When you’re building your wardrobe and shopping for clothes, it’s important to look at your wardrobe as a whole. Rather than buying complete outfits, aim to choose pieces that can be mixed and matched in different ways with the clothes you already own.
In the outfits I’m sharing today, you’ll notice I’ve repeated many of the same pieces. When I first started creating looks for my reels, this wasn’t something I did intentionally. But by week 3, I realized I kept reaching for the same items and styling them in new ways. I wouldn’t call this a capsule wardrobe, but it definitely shows how versatile your closet can be when you get creative. (Check out my latest teacher capsule wardrobe HERE!)
Here are some of the pieces I’ve been loving in my wardrobe this spring! These are great pieces that could be styled over and over again throughout the entire school year!
