Walmart Finds- Free Assembly Memorial Day Look

It’s no secret that Walmart has really stepped up their game in the fashion business over the last few years. They went from a store that people felt embarrassed about buying their clothes from, to a store that people proudly clothes shop at and share their finds all over the internet. I hugely support what they are doing on the fashion front. They are selling affordable stylish clothes that everyone has access to, no matter how big or small their budget may be. I have shopped at Walmart here and there over the years, but now that I am doing the majority of my shopping online, Walmart has become one of my top 5 stores that I shop for clothes at.

I recently had heard about Walmart’s sustainable fashion line Free Assembly. The line sells stylish clothes made from eco-friendly fabrics like 100% organic cotton and recycled polyester at affordable prices. Now I’m not an expert on sustainable fashion. I don’t know how sustainable the brand actually is and what all the standards are, but I appreciate that Walmart is attempting to bring affordable sustainable fashion to all people.

A few weeks ago I decided to order a few items from Walmart and I wanted to focus on trying out their Free Assembly line. I wanted to give this line a try to see how it compares to their other brands. I will tell you I am impressed!! These clothes seemed so well made compared to the other brands I’ve bought from Walmart. The quality in the fabric was very noticeable for me. Everything was so soft and comfortable. I will say that this line seems to run big so I would defiantly size down to your smaller size.

My favorite piece was this rust red color maxi dress. It’s so comfortable and perfect for summer! I can’t wait to wear it for all the red, white and blue holidays approaching this summer. I figured this would be the perfect look for Memorial Day this week! This dress is so easy to style. For todays look I wore it with my thrifted denim jacket, a straw hat, straw purse and my new strappy studded sandals, also from Walmart.
