DEAR JOHN x KATIE HALLER Capusule Wardrobe Collection
I have had so much fun over the last few weeks styling and wearing the pieces in my collection. I started the design process last summer, brainstorming ideas for the pieces I wanted to add to the collection and how I wanted them all to look. When I finally received all the samples, it was hard not to wear them. But now that the collection is live and available to shop, I am so excited to actually wear my creations. With a capsule wardrobe, each piece is so interchangeable. I often feel that people get it in their heads that a capsule wardrobe is just a small collection of items, but the truth is that your entire wardrobe should function as one big capsule wardrobe. All your clothes should blend together and mix and match in so many different ways.
What I found with this small 6-piece capsule wardrobe is that it fits in perfectly with what I already own in my closet. Each piece is so versatile, and I can think of so many occasions to wear these clothes. For the outfits below, I styled the 6 pieces from my collection into 18 different outfits. I did add a cardigan, denim jacket, and some of my shoes and accessories to help make each look feel slightly different. I will also say that these are just a few outfit ideas. You can create so many different looks with these pieces, but this is a starting point for you!
