Welcome to 2022! I spent the last 2 weeks relaxing with my family. The days leading up to Christmas were a little rough for me. There was too much anticipation and excitement that I was struggling to hold everything together at home. I decided that I would take a little break or at least a break from caring. I stop caring about posting holiday outfit reel to Instagram or getting on my phone to check how my posts were doing or responding to the emails that came my way. Instead, I listened to a book and started watching the second season of You on Netflix. I did the things I never do in my free time, instead of the things I thought I should be doing and it was amazing! I spent more time being in the moment with my kids and enjoying them.

Now that it’s a new year I feel so refreshed and ready to create some new content! I have a lot of ideas that I would like to share, but as we head into the coldest days of winter, I really want to focus on sharing some winter outfit ideas. I struggle when it’s cold outside because I just want to stay indoors in my cozy clothes all day. Last year I started off the year with a post on cute comfy outfit ideas and it did really well, so I figured this year I would do the same.
I am home a lot. Because I don’t work out of the home and I have a toddler that I like to keep on a good nap schedule, most of my days are spent at home. We might run a few errands in the morning, but I like to be home by lunchtime so that I can have the rest of the afternoon to get some work done. When I am at home I like to be as comfortable as possible. I always made it a habit of changing into sweatpants after work and I now do the same thing. I might wear jeans on my errand trips, but as soon as I get home I am in either leggings or joggers.
Just because you are wearing comfy clothes, doesn’t mean you can’t look cute. Here are 9 outfit ideas that will help you feel cute and comfy all winter long!
