The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opened to the public this weekend, and so that means the normal non-cardholders, like myself, are welcome to shop the sale. Now I know I polled my followers on Instagram and many of them said they are not shopping the NSale and they don’t care to hear about it. I can respect that. I know that if you follow any other bloggers besides me, you know this sale is a little overdone. I myself don’t typically shop the NSale, because to be honest, I don’t stop just because there is a sale. I try to only shop for things that I really want and I’ve been eyeing for a while. This doesn’t mean I don’t like to browse the sale. Every year I spend hours browsing through the Nordstrom App and other bloggers’ blog posts to see what the most popular items are. Sometimes I spend so much time browsing and eyeing the sale that I end up buying one or two things, but I try to make sure that it’s something from my “shopping list”. I usually pick out items that I will wear and love for years to come.
Besides just browsing and shopping the NSale, I like to use the sale to get inspiration for fall outfits. I love seeing all the new fall clothes to find out what’s still in from last year and what the latest trends will be for the coming season. That’s why today I wanted to do a post to get you excited and inspired for fall outfits. I’ve taken my favorite items from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and created 9 mom-friendly outfit ideas for fall. I don’t know about you, but I just love fall fashion and I’m getting ready to trade in my slides for a cute new pair of mules. Best of all I picked items from the sale that are under $60! I wouldn’t spend more than that, so why should I tell you to spend more?
So for all the people who told me that you shop the sale and you’re excited about it, this post is for you! I hope that you find some fall outfit inspiration and maybe you might even see some items that you may love and want to snag! Let me know what your favorite fall trends are in the comments below!
