Today I’m continuing my series on Building a Maternity Wardrobe on a Budget. As I’ve mentioned before, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what kinds of maternity clothes to buy and how to do it all on a budget. You only get to wear them for a few months, so you want to be sure that what you are buying is necessary. If you missed my first post in this series on what maternity clothes you need to buy and what you don’t need to buy, I recommend you go back and read it! (Post HERE) If you’re all caught up, then today I’m moving on to talking about where you can buy affordable maternity clothes.

I recently tried on some maternity jeans at H&M and I was very disappointed in the fit. |
Target not only has great basics, but they also have the cutest dresses for spring! |
PinkBlush always has the cutest dresses. Their non-maternity dresses and tops work great for maternity wear too! |
Consignment Stores
Thrift Stores
Mercari
I just recently downloaded the Mercari app. Lots of people are selling maternity clothes for really good prices, so it’s a great place to look for inexpensive maternity clothes.
Clothing Swaps
Sometimes you can find a local clothing swap. They are a great idea for recycling your clothes. If you belong to a local mom Facebook group or church group you might be able to find a maternity clothing swap going on, so it’s something to keep a lookout for.
Heather
I always had luck at consignment stores! 🙂
