I believe that anyone can achieve great style. When you have style, you have confidence. It doesn’t mean that you have to have the most expensive or trendy clothes. Style is defined as expressing yourself through what you wear. We all can express ourselves through our clothes. Everyone has their own personal style even if you don’t think you do. Knowing how to work with your own personal style is another thing that sometimes takes time to find.

As a stay at home mom, I wear leggings a lot. When I have no plans to leave the house, I usually stay in my leggings all day long because they are way more comfortable than jeans. I’ve been wanting to step up my leggings for a while and branch out from my normal black leggings. I’ve been eyeing faux leather leggings for a couple years now and last winter I started to really love the look of them, but I was pregnant. I wasn’t going to buy a maternity pair of faux leather leggings and I also didn’t want to buy a pair that I could barely fit into. Baby Update

Anna is now 4 months and I wish I could slow down the days. I’m just trying to take it all in. She’s rolling around everywhere and I know she is wanting to move around, but I’m hoping she will hold off long enough for us to baby proof the house. I love her smiles. She has the sweetest laugh and when she cries it’s like she just got her feelings hurt. I know I’m her mom, but I think she’s the sweetest little girl ever.

I knew going into my pregnancy with Anna that it would be my last. I always knew I only wanted 2 children. I had ideally wanted a boy and a girl, but I always said that I would be happy with whatever God gave me. Before we were married, Kevin and I talked about children. He wanted no less than 1, no more than 2. It was nice to know that we were both on the same page when it came to having a family. It’s been a while since I’ve rounded up my outfits and shared them in a blog post. The truth is, it’s been a while since I’ve loved all the outfits that I wore. It’s going on 4 months since I gave birth and I’m so happy that I am starting to feel like my old self again. My clothes are fitting and even though things aren’t exactly where I’d like them to be, I feel good in my clothes again and that’s what matters. I could probably go on and on about postpartum weight loss and fall clothes and how wearing a cute outfit makes my day, but today I’m going to try to make this post short and I’ll just get to the outfits for now.

Do you ever find a cute outfit you like on Pinterest or Instagram and think, I really love this look, but I could never pull it off? I know I do that all the time. I sometimes worry that I might be too old to wear something or it might look dumb on me. I think we all do that though. Lately, I’ve been trying to take more risks with my outfits. I’m not doing anything too crazy, just trying a few new styles to see how I like them. If it’s not for me, I don’t keep them, but what I’ve been finding out is that I am really loving the new fashion risks I’m trying out.
