Every season I go through my closet to see what clothes I want to keep and what to get rid of. I also like to see what’s missing, so I can make a wishlist of items to shop for each season. To splurge or not to splurge, that is the question, or at least that’s a question that I get asked from time to time. Can you splurge on fashion and still have an affordable wardrobe? If your budget allows it then, of course, it’s okay to splurge! Before you make a splurge purchase it’s important to think about the value that the item will hold in your wardrobe. If the value is high, meaning you will wear it all the time in multiple ways and it makes you feel good wearing it, then go for it!

I don’t know about you, but I am excited that the school year is coming to an end. My little guy is just finishing up his first year of kindergarten and it’s so fun to see how much he has learned this year. His school is ending with a few fun events that involve the parents and I am so excited that I get to be a part of them.
